Love it here. Easy trip to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff. Thin air so wear your sunscreen !! You can hit Costco and Lynx Lake on the same trip and save gas. My neighbors are old and retired and one is trying to break into my house. I saw him in his wheelchair up the street and still he is heading this way a few days later - lol just kidding. No crime here yet...

I heard that there is a lot of People who don't want people from California to move here? I can understand why. I live in Calif and I hate it. It's a crazy place to live and raise a family But not everyone who lives in California is a nutt or from LA or San Francisco or crappy places like that. I live in the country outside of a small town Called Kingsburg. CA. It's like the exception to most of this state. I wish people wouldn't judge people by were they live of come from. How about going by ones character. What they can contibute? Things of that nature? Lol

The endless building of endless new properties oh Highway 69 going into Prescott Valley is disturbing. We have a second home condo off White Spar road by the Prescott Pines B&B and fortunately it is on the edge of Yavapai Forest, so it’s more safe from endless new construction and whiskey row and historic downtown fairly safe, although the Colts BBQ billows smoke 7 days a week and is kind of annoying. They are going to build a big condo thing where the Alberto’s used to be by Forest Hylands off White Spar road which kind of sucks. It’s beautiful at the condo, we go into town to eat and see live music, but when it’s packed with tourists it’s great to be able to get back to the serene condo with the sounds of Ravens, birds chirping and occasional deer walking by. It’s kind of magical up there in many ways.
