How nice you don't have the local background of how much this growth has bastardized this whole area with the increase in accidents, crime and traffic. Not to mention the infrastructure hasn't kept up to accommodate all the growth. How about you get into the politics of all the HOA's here? Guess you just want to grab your part of the real estate gold rush going on.
