Love this, more lax players need to make helpfull youtube channels like this, i would recommend taking the music out of the vid when we are shooting bc we want to hear , keep up the good work

Shot speed comes from weight room and timing with good mechanics. Having a hard shot with no consistency doesn't matter. Focus on developing your mechanics, & the strength and power will come. But try to just focus on hitting your spots!
