@@josephkuhlman8212 look man, you can watch high speed motion capture videos of respiratory droplets being captured by masks all day long on youtube. it's a risk reduction measure (mitigation), not an absolute remediation of risk. We do it to 1) limit the amount of the virus we spread in the air if we're infected and 2) limit the amount of virus we inhale if somebody else is infected. It's just basic physics. Wear a good mask properly and in most cases it will help. This isn't rocket science and I shouldn't have to explain this one and a half years into a respiratory epidemic.
