Just finished this first episode...I left me sitting in chair nostalgic/melancholic...like Welonz said: you feel like knowing this place...what an odd feeling, this game is very artsy and gonna play with your mood...
Such an amazing first look so far that I'm tempted to play it myself. Given that the core feature of the game so far is the utilization of the sense of sight and hearing, the visual and sound design are amazing so far. It reminded me of another first look you made years ago called Eastshade which essentially has the same elements. Definitely want to see more of this!

I think you probably could record way more of the sounds, like the dripping water, or various industrial sounds. - Not that you have to: It seems to me, that this game is quite a bit about personal choices and the meaningfulness you may derive from them, rather than a collectaton where you really want to get everything. But I'd be curious if there are more thoughts from the protagonist. It seems to be a game that rewards you for enjoying the moment, observing, and using all* your senses * by medium-given necessity that, of course, largely means sound and sight, and otherwise things that you may connect with memories of a sense impression, rather than the actual sense itself.

Hey Welonz, have you ever heard of the game Contradiction? It is a FMV murder mystery with an enjoyable lead actor and some otherwise um....'interesting' acting as well. I watched someone else play it once and found the gameplay quite enjoyable! ❤️
