He gave the company's a way to fire employees who are older and in poor health and no way for the union to bring them back. So when you get to where you can't work anymore.They run you through the program.Fire you and hire someone else who is much younger that doesn't have health issues.
He and his fellow international buddies sure sold us traditional workers out at the big 3! Now he's nowhere to be found. Freaking only 2 percent can retire from each plant if the want the 50k SAP is ridiculous.

Yeah he screwed them just to get votes, just like telling those that can retire they will receive 50k. Nothing about the gm workers possibly having to put in another 2,3 or 4 years in order to receive the SAP 50k

I hired in 1985 dont see a chance to receive 50g and pissed off after all the years of bs. Going to walk out the door the day i get my hrs for the year and they can keep the 50 and the union gets no union special for negotiating the best contract ever by the way my job sucks and i have no say in my work.@marsfortune8412

What a joke!!! He promised work/ life balance for stellantis workers, said he won that in New contract but lied! It's worse now than ever in regards to safety, work/ life balance, morale at rock bottom! He only really cares about his notoriety and getting others to unionize to get more money for them and💯doesn't care about us, this is all for publicity and show boating
That's not been my life experience with unions/ labor workers. Over the last 50 years workers rights, human rights, living standards, have been taken away. It takes time and effort by every citizen to rebuild what has been losted for every citizen of the United States of America. Families/ friends first have worked for the benefit of future generations.
