M7 is an astute leader. He takes his time to explain to even the person of the lowest rank. No wonder no protests have ever been mounted against his government no matter the ocassional mistakes by the different stakholders.

No, the traders are liars. They don't want EFRIS because it's an open and transparent system. Their complaint is never the taxes in themselves.
