I am an undecided Democrat. All of these posts have prompted me to pay closer attention to him. It was nice to hear more from him during the last debate. He needs more media coverage.

@@capp12249 automation means less tired people on the road, it means one is way nicer to their family than they ever knew how to be, it means more time to understand what our society actually needs as opposed to acting pathologically just to stay alive.

And register Democrat to make sure you can participate in your state's Democratic primary! You don't have to love the Democratic party, you just need to do it to show your Yang support. You can even change it back to whatever else before the general election if you aren't particularly comfortable with the idea.
He truly does actually care, watch more of his interviews and u will see that he is not a politician but a normal human being that just wants to help the American people

One thing I love about Yang is that he isn’t divisive. He’s garnered support from tons of Republicans, independents, and Democrats. He’s the only one who can unite our nation with a positive vision for the future. Not left, not right, forward!
Exactly. I’ve been voting as a republican since I was 18, and I have to tell you. If I don’t find a good republican candidate this next election (which I haven’t found) I’m definitely going to vote for Andrew. He knows separation causes weakness! He has great ideas as well. Yes, people can do things to reduce the effects, such as screen apps, wearing special glasses, etc...I guess it's up to each person if they want to take those extra steps, be sick, or use incandescent bulbs.

He has succeeded as a business man and non profit leader. He understands technology. His life story is the American story. Son of immigrants, who has dedicated his life to making this country better for our collective children. And he's got an amazing sense of humor! Just google him and watch some of his interviews.
@Ella C I do, I learned about UBI in grad school well before Andrew Yang. I learned about the thousand economists who signed a letter to congress urging them to impliment a UBI. Its exactly what our country needs and would do more to help than the next 10 policy ideas combined. Watch a few of Yang's interviews and speeches to learn more about it.
If you're unfamiliar with Andrew Yang, please consider YouTubing him and watching some of his more in depth interviews. I have yet to find a person who dislikes him after watching him talk. Even Trump supporters I know like him!

@@palpossible Look into the stats on Andrew's supporters. He's got some of the highest first time voters, independents, libertarian, and conservative converts (on top of a solid progressive base). You'd be amazed how much traction he gains across all demographics and his policies reflect that.

He absolutely can win. Several of the past candidates had been polling similar to Yang at this point in time. Ntm he just jumped from 2-3% to 5-6% in recent polls.

I'm considering voting for Bernie even though Yang is my first choice because I don't want Biden to win. Do you think Yang still has a chance to get the nomination at this point? To be clear, I think Yang would destroy Trump and Trump would destroy Biden. And Bernie-Trump would be close but leaning toward Bernie.
If you're new to Mr. Yang, I suggest you check out one of his long form interviews. His interview with Joe Rogan is a good starting point for most people. You don't have to 100% agree with all of his policies to appreciate his genuine and pragmatic approach to solving issues with 0 influence from corporate interests, personal gain or personal bias.
This man is almost a male version of Ellen - a deeply good, kind and caring person who really really wants to make America and the world better for all of us. Open your heart to him Ellen, he is so so on our side - from one lesbian to another.

His long interview on climate change at Georgetown was next level. I had never heard of the viability of nuclear as part of a safe and sustainable energy policy because I thought nuclear was dirty and unsafe. I learned I was thinking about the nuclear of the 1980's not the nuclear of today. He has introduced me to so many economic facts and theories other than the constant socialism vs capitalism theater show and he has blown me away with the idea of human capitalism. Genius plus good character - this is the one I need to be in charge of the country my kids will grow up in.
If you're not sure about this guy and not sure what he's promoting, just please go find a couple of his long interviews for example Joe Rogan's. This guy genuinely wants to get this country fixed. He's the only candidate that's forward thinking.
