The Bill Buckner of Supreme Court decisions. An easy grounder just plain blown. How are we not to be depressed when we see six members of the court, with very much premeditation, do such damage to this wonderful experiment?
Hamilton would love this court. It’s not enough that he stuck us with the idea that debt, for lack of a better word, is good (a central bank) but he would love this as if it were the wife of a friend.
With the rise of Christian nationalism have you ever done or thought of doing an episode on religion in the founding of America and the reason for the first amendment?
