Doctor ray as I call him was able to keep me in alignment and keep things happening even after a terrible accident in 2018 in which I should have been killed him in pretty good shape but I've not seen one for over a year and I desperately need to be seen him 71 but to look at me would think I'm 50 and the way I am acting 25 I have an extremely difficult job where I am a personal housekeeper I own my own company and I am very serious about staying healthy I am a single woman therefore as a farmer would all continue to work till I dies they say so please is there anyone you can recommend sincerely
It's a miracle ,!! My bad breathing was compromised so bad , had panic attacks. It was on going.. Then found this Dr. and he is a guru for everything ! He gave us golden advice. No other on the internet is like him. I can breathe for the first time in months . Hiatal hernia diagnosis due to guru Dr again. Now no more ER even clueless MDs. Thanks a million !!!!!!!!!!

I have just finished my meditations, and wasn’t really relaxed enough to breathe properly, this helped release whatever was trapped. 🙏 I can see where this would be helpful for people with anxiety, too. Learning breath is the biggest combatant of anxiety attacks!

You, my virtual friend are so wonderful, you are helping the masses to help themselves, my old school buddy is just damaging his whole self, he's proud of being teetotal yet every day his food intake like every meal shocks me, and his weight,, all posted. so when he can't sleep, or feels down/sad I advise your methods, never critise, but worry. I see how society is brainwashed to obesity, then shamed and blamed for multiple illnesses, so wrong and obvious but habits aren't illegal or helped to break, all habits /addictions. GP Med centres aren't where we heal, that's where we willingly get sicker, You are a shining light, even your smile can heal, I've been floored at times when you say it'll affect the site, wow exactly that, you are to me a guiding smiling angel and thank you will never be enough. But not for continually every day breathing. Chest breathing activates nerve endings around the sternum that stimulated a para sympathetic system. Nester , the breathing expert has good info on this and stopping the diaphragm breathing has changed my life. His book is excellent .. Called “Breath”
