Oh my goodness! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ve had chronic sinusitis for a long time and lately the pressure in my nose has been horrible. These techniques have given me great relief. I’ve been very depressed since my husband died 2 years ago. My daughter asked me yesterday what had happened to me. I’m more energetic and my pressure and tinnitus is so much better. Woke up one day with vertigo. Lasted 6 mos. Went through all kinds of neuro testing, VNG, therapy, given motion sickness pills... I was told it was a virus. My left ear was the worst. Then went away. After 2 years I was doing aqua zumba- spinning- then felt the vertigo. I was under 3 feet of water and couldn't get myself up. I am a good swimmer. Could have drowned if I were alone. Very interesting, I worked in a hearing clinic for years and thought I knew a lot about the ears but I really didn't know anything when I saw this video thank you Doctor Mandel and it's so fascinating that the part of our ears on the outside of our body forms the shape of an upside down fetus, I think that's the info I got the biggest kick out of! I'm using this, feeling benefits already. I went through a lot of stress for the past month and a half or so, and had bad incontinence. After being medicated, and terrible side effects, I stopped the anticholinergic meds, and am healing wonderfully. I am healing and healed, because mental stress was the cause of all of that. Wonderful video. My mom was really into acupressure and other "weird" modalities in the 60s when I was growing up w severe asthma. My parents didn't trust doctors much, but hauled us across state lines at will to check out a new chiropractor or some other healer. I still have a fullsize chart of the ear she gave me decades ago! Thank you Dr. Mandel for giving us hope with your videos. I suffered from tinnitus for many years and I have been told there isn't anything I can do to solve the problem. Throughout the years it has been getting so bad that people think I'm going deft, but is not that, it's just that the constant ringing blocks any other noise. I had to make some changes in my life such as insulting myself and to hang bells on my doors in case someone tries to break into my house. It's terrible 😔 I'm going to do the exercises you recommend in this video, maybe at least I can get the noises to lower in intensity. This is a real suffering. Thank you again 🙏
