I think he can express his thought better in korean language although he knows how to speak in English. We are also Fil/Canadian living here in Toronto we love to talk in Tagalog though we can speak English. Thank you Paul for visiting the Phils. Hope to see you in Toronto! I think the reason why, even if he's fluent in English, he chose to speak in Korean is because of his fans back home. He's being considerate of them, fully aware that they'll be watching clips online from his Manila tour.

He can speak English fluently as he has grown up in Ontario Canda since he was 17 y.o.

Noticed that the questions are asked in English but Ahn Hyo Seop answered in korean at once without the need for an interpreter. It's because he can understand and speak fluently in English having lived in Canada for 17 years. That's a walk in the park for him supposedly, but I've no idea why he didn't do it.

Please Let him speak in a language where he feels comfortable. Try to understand that he stayed in Seoul for 11 yrs already and he get used to korean for he's not english in his daily life. And he is a person who easily gets nervous in front of the crowd.. i guess ,its hard for him now to express himself in english when a lot of people is looking at him. He was interviewed privately by one of the reporter and he answered in english but sometimes he turn to an interpreter if he gets confused about the terms.. 😊
