I saw this same video a few days ago and people complained about the used engine oil being used. I guess, they never change the oil after 1,000,000 kilometers.
It doesn't look like pressure fried... the skin looks saggy. Unlike the broasted chicken of Al Baik in Saudi Arabia... the skin is light colored and firm and the juicy part is only inside...
