Presta vs Schrader Valves: What's The Difference? What's Better? 

Good video nice explanation. I will say this, that if cars had come with Presta valves, I might not have been a car mechanic.

Okay, young lady, your explanation on Schrader valve is super good news; now I need to check my air compressor or I need to go to gas station to pump air to comfort bike. Road bike is no problem!

I would add that when you have a tubeless set up,you should check the sealant level about every 3 months. It tends to dry up over time. On average you should have 2-3 ounces in a tire depending on tire size. On mountain bikes you can run lower tire pressure and not get pinch flats that happen in under inflated tubes. Lower pressure gives better traction. On road bikes tubes can be more challenging because the rim is very narrow so breaking the bead to get the tube out can be challenging. We change tubes on a wider Mountain Bike rim in about 4 minutes on the trail. I spent 15 minutes and broke tire levers changing narrow road bike wheels. For occasional recreational riders tubes are the way to go for sure. I always carry a spare tube even when I ride tubes. I have had glass put a half inch gash in my tubeless tire. Sealant woks great for small puncture.

I find that shrader valves are more user friendly, if it works on car tires well that should speak for it self.

Also I have never seen a fire extinguisher that had a presta Valve they are always the Schrader type .

But why do i rescrew the nut after inflation and the air begins to release ?

Useful point, when you're a out to inflate a Presta valve, unscrew the wee nut, then tap it to release the pressure as they will self seat due to the high air pressure keeping them closed.

Presta valves are too fragile. I've got 2 flats just trying to pump them up. I think I am stuck with my crappy valve now 😞 RIP if I ever get a flat on the roadside

I see no pont to this valve in order to use it you need an extra piece and the piece at times gets stuck in the extension making the filling of air in to a inner tube that much more difficult
