Sis maavu nalla loosa irukanum. Once pressed wit lid, remove lid nd leave til bubble comes. Thiruppi potutu lid ah just moodi vacha pothum. Press panna kudathu. Chapathi ll puff nd comes out. No oil s needed.

Anu, u can get fluffy like tat , few steps have to be followed As u said dough should be very loose While pressing u should press it once and u should not hold it dear If u press very thin, u LL not get fluffy ones, some moderate thickness it should have den u LL get fluffy, as am using this and am getting it da Press it once, leave it as such to get cooked ,den turn other side, den turn again and close d lid u LL get fluffy ones as in pic

No roti maker is good ….only poori is good ..u can press and fry …with electricity on….chappathi however u knead,it will turn slightly rubbery

Don't use oil..ghee..or butter..if u use it won't come fluffy ...aft taking off apply oil and ghee mix..try it..

If you have doubt check with tester and you should have three pin plug any current leakes current will flow through 3rd pin and your fuse will burn provided proper wiring done in your home

It comes out good. Kneading the dough soft is very important. With few practices it comes out good. But the texture of the roti is not as good as we do manually.
