Why was the bow disturbing the water so much? Didn't look very smooth splitting.

This boat has some features that should make it a home run. Like the forward maindeck owners cabin, the rear electric shade for the cockpit and the overall roominess of the main salon. My practical side would probably have me choose an additional sofa in the salon instead of the TV stand but looking at it here it looks amazing and perfect just the way it is.

Nice boat, it seems to be good value (if that's a thing for a yacht) and a nice video, but what happened to the audio? Is it just me or does it seem as if the voice layer is touch over amplified or maybe an issue with the mic?

as a guy who works with Jeannau boats and has visited the factory and talked to the poor solvent-damaged technicians that assemble these boats: DO NOT BUY THEM! the engineering is worse than you think.

I was surprised to hear you say the main cabin was maybe 6'2" when you appear reasonably tall and had loads of head room. Makes you wonder what a very tall (6'3" plus) person would do in such a room.

Overall a beautiful boat, but the styling isn't as sexy as, say, the Sunseeker , Dominator or Azimut.

Ok but not great. The exterior side view is not stylish. I think there are better boats in this price range.

IPS is definitely the way to go. Wish he would have talked about fuel consumption and range at speed. Definitely stepping up the game in terms of design over the first 750 that was introduced a few years ago. Fly layout was a bit disappointing especially when compared to potential competitors such as the MC6 which has a gorgeous flybridge.

As a Beneteau product - there's a lot of inherent quality and good overall pricing due to shared construction between factories. I've looked at the Prestige, Monte Carlo, Sunseeker and AZ. The Monte Carlo is a totally different boat unless you get into the very large models. While I like AZ - have you looked at one that's 5 years old? They go out of date very fast - disappointing for such an investment. Although - if you can afford that - who cares - trade it on a new one - right? I'm a huge fan of the Sunseeker. That said, I find when you compare the Sunseeker against the Prestige - I can't justify the almost double price.

Jack, which are your favourites new build boats 50 - 75ft where (i) Price is irrelevant, and (ii) Best value for money. I like Sunseeker manhattan 66, and Presitige 750.
