Yes, I did wash the Belgian Bowl Waffle Maker before using it. I just didn't do it on camera to save you the pain! :) Presto 03500 Belgian Bowl Waffle Maker amzn.to/2sbyYL7 Presto 03510 FlipSide Belgian Waffle Maker amzn.to/2JtVlBM
Wow, this video was so long ago and I look so much different now. I'm not sure if this is the video not, but I would use potato puffs and make a breakfast bowl putting in bacon, sausage, cheese, egg and other ingredients. Thanks for watching!
what a terrific video ! i bought a waffle bowl maker and was about to sell it. bugger that ! you sir, are an inspiration ! your daughter is a delight as well. all the best.
That is a great machine. You are the king of specialty appliances. Now we know the cooking is great with a honest opinion from a second taste tester. We use those tin pans in the oven to make the taco bowls and it is a pain to get them right. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! Gadgets are fun, but you have had excellent solutions like tuna cans for egg and pancake molds and tin pans for the bowls! It's been so fun cooking over the past 9 months on RU-vid, that I'm afraid to start posting some of my projects in fear of some losing interest. (I've been having nightmares about forgetting to setup and video my Halloween display for 2018! lol) Thanks for watching, I appreciate the support!
Every time I post a cooking video I instantly loose 10 subscribers, same with woodworking videos, metalworking videos, and reviews. It takes a while for subs that subbed over 1 video to realize that my channel has a little of everything and they may not be interested in it all. Somehow the next day there are more new subscribers. Don't worry and share what you enjoy doing . Sharing ideas and experience that can hopefully help others will attract subscribers.
Christy's Cooking Channel thank you Christy! We do have a salad spinner in the box. LoL I bought my mother a plug in spinner, goes like hell. She's old school and didn't use it. :)
Great intro, got me curious. Well done! Also, I love all things waffles. I made pizzelle bowls for ice cream. Yum. She is a cutie. I didn’t eat meat as a kid either. My grandpa used to tell me as a kid. Try everything twice. Once and if I didn’t like it, try it later as an adult because tastes change. So right! I recently tried Bryers dairy-free vanilla peanut butter. 6 bucks! Fun video, Mario. Here’s to many more Taco Tuesdays on Saturday!
Thank you! She's something alright! lol I made a breakfast video with it too in my last video. My daughter is a fussy eater, like me. lol She loves steak tips and A1 sauce. Usually she likes pork chops too. I don't agree for the try twice for myself, my daughter, yes. lol Thanks for watching!
Hahahaha, you don't agree for you but you do for your daughter. lololololololololol. Just getting back to RU-vid. Looking forward to seeing your other videos.
I stepped back to get some behind the scenes stuff done and then after that, we went on staycation. Broccoli, I love that stuff. Had some today with lunch! Anyway, slowly making my rounds to catch up on videos. I saw you did a live today. Was it fun for you? I've not seen it yet. I know people are into them. But I'm still too chicken to even show my face, nevermind a live video.
BTW I make the best pizzelle's in the world. I just can't share the recipe. lol I made a Pizza-Tella'. A Christmas version, Pizzelle's, topped with Nutella and festive sprinkles. I think it's one of my oldest vidoes. lol I appreciated your continued support!
Still fine, I use it for others now, not for me! (My new diet doesn't allow!) There are two versions now, one like mine with the non-stick, and another with some sort of ceramic coating. The link in the description should show you, or you can see it on my Amazon page. www.amazon.com/shop/mariomonti Thanks for watching!
ice cream is great should of put cool whip on top with cherry lol i did, but just so you know not suppose to use spray in it, it will get tacky directions said. and nothing of mine has stuck yet :)
Oh yeah! Your daddy certainly likes his food Natalia. Yeah, I still dont know what a 'quart' is? Foo Foo? Sounds like a red light district type of outlet. Lol. I am really feeling the sausage and scrambled egg option my friend. The whole waffle thing is really not a big thing here. As a northerner, we might use a giant yorkshie pudding (google it, no, its not a desert)and fill it with sausage and scrambled egg, or sausage, onion and gravy (I don't think our gravy is the same as the American/Italian gravy)? Great video mate. Thanks very much for the sterling effort as usual. Seeing as it was a full food video again, I feel I have to sign off with the great Monti Films catch phrase. Donna.......!
In America's Deep South, Fru Fru, Foo Foo, Fancy Dancy, et al are all interchange for fancy and expensive or hoity-toity. Just a joking way of us poor saying we are going high dollar (for us LOL). Southern girls joke about wearing their foo foo juice (costlier perfume) or fru-fru drawers (lacy underwear) on "special" dates. :) As for quarts, just slightly more than a liter (or litre). Just check your metric converter. The Yorkshire pudding idea also sounds great.
First time I have seen your channel but enjoyed it very much and subscribed. Your daughter is adorable. I do have an odd question. Were you smelling the egg to check for freshness? I never use an egg I haven't tested. Just drop it in a bowl of water (cold is fine). If it floats chuck it out. The sulfur gases cause this. I learned this in GSA and 4-H Club back in the 50's. The Girl Scouts even had a PSA on TV about it. Since then, I have never cracked an egg I didn't test first. OCD LOL
Thanks for the kind words! I don't think I smelled the egg. LoL I don't think I've ever tested an egg. As a kid, I made sunny side up one day, the egg looked funny. But I cracked it anyway. It was black inside, and smelled absolutely terrible, made me sick. Thanks for stopping by! Maybe I'll do the egg test on my next video for you!
I like you. You seem like a good guy, and you have a nice family. That's why I want to warn you that you're teetering on the edge of hyper-obesity. You're on track to die of a coronary event before the age of 50. Don't do that to your beautiful daughter man. It's very very difficult to make life changes, but you need to do it. Just start a daily exercise routine. Start with walking, and work your way up to jogging, swimming, bicycling, whatever. You can still enjoy foods like ice cream, but do so in moderation man. Take care of yourself for your daughter's sake.
first, thank you I appreciate your concern. A year ago I made a change from buying lunch everyday, to making lunch everyday. I do eat a lot of chicken. Yes I do splurge on things here and there like many do. In fact, over the past year, I've been able to lower my cholesterol 25 points because of the change in the foods I eat. I haven't lost much weight, but I think that's simply because I don't get to move around as much as I used to because my job changed. The weather has been extremely hot and humid, so I haven't gone out bike riding the past few months. With the weather cooling down, I'm hoping that is going to change. Thanks again.
I don't see anything specifically listed for that. I guess it would depend on what scale you need to use it. However, from what I have heard in the past, some of these things cannot be used in commercial businesses, however that usually doesn't stop people. I've seen food places use regular toasters in their small business places.
