@@nylotical they really do care about the logo. Many people buy that laptop because of the logo. They removed the glowing logo because it causes issue in the screen, when you put your laptop in direct sunlight
I think cases are just fine on this particular computer. The heat travels up from the hinges and keyboard and will not affect any cooling of the computer and hinge damage is more preferable to cosmetic damage due to the price difference in the long run. Cheap $60 hinge screw tightening vs $600 screen replacement due to cosmetic damage. Pick your poison :D also jesus christ the amount of comments about design being covered up- yes it’s pretty but sometimes it’s about having your own style 😭
I used cases like this for years until I finally dropped my 2019 16” Intel MacBook Pro about 4ft while inside a Swiss gear laptop bag. Damn near still ripped a corner of my LCD back and dinged up all over the place. Also, noticed several occasions I went to re-sell a MacBook and found abrasions and scuffing from tiny particles trapped between the plastic and the MacBook itself grinding over time (even though I would meticulously clean it periodically). In the end, been using a TomToc impact-resistant sleeve with corner guards inside the same Swiss gear backpack and been putting dBran skins directly on my MacBooks to prevent scratching and scuffing. So far been working out great. Or just buy the AppleCare+ and carry your MacBook around naked in a one-handed Kanye West style lol.
@@kazirasostudio9660 Oh yes very safe. I've removed old dBrand skins when selling/trading in MacBooks and iPads and never had an issue with residue. The only caveat is that when you peel up a corner, pull the skin off slowly as it sticks so strongly I think it may be possible to bend your aluminum from excess force if you try and rip it off haha. But no, it's all plastic material so no danger of residue being left over.
@@Kat-y_LBlindly believing that won’t change anything. The heat path is that it drafts out through the hinges and keyboard when the laptop is open and damage to the hinges depends on the material and weight placed on the MacBook. Loose hinges are a quick fix for cheap in the future if they happen anyways while a dent to the corner can cost $600 and hurt the value of the Mac more. Pick your poison.
@renfauster and the scratches ? You do know that covers create scratches and apple don't "fix scratches" they would tell you to live with that or get a new one , also no just cause there's space for heat dissipation doesn't mean that all the other area can be covered and it won't affect your laptop. Fixing a dent for 600$ is acceptable than fixing few scratches for 600$ . Also loose hinges aren't cheap , apple would charge you anywhere from 300$ and up , if you get it done locally , then it might cost less but will occur every other month . Not to mention the battery will die faster . Cases are bad period . Have been using macs for over decades , used all kinds of cases and even screen protectors , all of them are bad , companies would always do thing for their profit but sometimes they warn us about certain accesories for a reason , it's not always wise to be over smart and act like a know-it-all .
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." One of the key components to accepting that Jesus died for us is to also embrace the fact that we are sinners who need him. If we want forgiveness, we simply confess our sins and ask God to forgive and "purify us." Bible verses about salvation like 1 John 1:9 make this clear.
