It’s not easy work but it’s all about technique. She jacked the wheel 1/4” off the floor. No lifting. She used long levers. Minimal effort. She did not use a bead breaker. Unless you get lucky, that’s really tough without the right hooks.

...hard to imagine anyone who wouldn't...but could you imagine if your boss just pointed to the stack of tires and when you where struggling through it and your boss shows you this...someone took the time to walk her through the whole process...❤
As a career heavy equipment mechanic i know exactly how difficult that job is. Ma'am you have my utmost respect! Very good technique to do the job right and minimize potential injury!!! Strong work.
Fixing the Tyre is usually the easy part. Dismounting and remounting the Tyre. Removing and reseating on the wheel can be a struggle. Hope she is paid the same as the men. She is worth it.
Let me tell ya..i was 18..and that is exactly what i did at a busy truck stop for my first full time job. My hat's off to this young lady, that is no easy job.
