These podcasts are absolute gold. I’m days into binge listening. Thank you. Regards the tripe soup: Yowsa. My stomach is flipping. The truth is that the consumption (or use) of any animal part causes an animal to face the worst trauma imaginable: their own murder. 11 years ago, I told a vegan ‘But the animals died for us’, to which he replied ‘No, they didn’t die for us: in fact, they fought for their life.’ Instant ethical vegan. Holy shit. Now I hear she ate a fly. So gross. But the fly’s life was of the same value to the fly, as our life is to us. All beings suffer and feel pain and fear.
I swear.. I was at a Raider’s Draft Party yesterday and recorded T Pain performance and I literally don’t see me sitting down watching it again…😂😂😂. This dropped in a perfect time..
She's full of it. Nope... people in general don't eat bugs in Brazil. However, since she was doing charity work, she must've been perhaps deep in the jungle in the middle of nowhere probably amongst Native tribespeople most likely. So, she may have picked some of their strange customs that are even extremely foreign to 99.99999999999999% of all Brazilians. But if she did that in any Brazilian restaurant in a small town or in their big cities such as Rio, they would throw her ass out of the restaurant...lol
Since she had been going on about how much time she spent in Brazil, you would think that if she was then going to drop any foreign language word then it would at least be in português. She comes out with "no bueno"!!!?! It seems likely that someone told her about eating bugs and dragonflies to mess with her, after she asked them what 'weird' stuff they ate. It could have been one of the people living in her head.
