Hi to all, I was told at the last minute that there was a Festival at the last minute, it is called the Carabao Festival in Pulilan Bulacan 2015 and there were lots of pretty Filipino girls.This is the first of four video's that I hope you find interesting.

Thanks for that Chris. I have seen other processions etc in the Philippines, held in the searing heat, and don't think I could ever survive strenuous dancing like many do.I remember cleaning the outside of all the windows in our house, prior to a house blessing ceremony. I think of it as my 4 teeshirt morning, never have I sweated as much. I applaud anyone making much physical efforts in the heat and humidity there. Good continuing luck Chris, Paul

paulukp Ha Ha, thanks for that , Paul, you made me smile, I think one of the things I still need to acclimatize to, is the heat, I have to take three showers a day as apposed to one a week in the UK,,,ONLY KIDDING! Thanks for your comment, it good to hear from you.

Hey Brit thanks for the vid. That was fun to listen to and watch. It was a nice snappy tune. It looks like they were in the courtyard of a pretty nice building...do you know what the building was? On another note I have seen you mention a number of times that your long term plan is to move to Cebu. If you have the time at some point it would be interesting to know why you have selected that as a place you would like to live in the future. Thanks.

boat6868 Hi and thank you for your support. In answer to why Cebu, that's easy, I love the sea and Cebu has some of the best beaches in the Philippines and of course if my budget stretch, I would be there now. One of my goals would be to get my padi certificate, but I have other projects of helping people here before I think of myself again. thanks for your comment and support.

A Brit in th Philippines Chris Carter Another reason not to have a serious gf at this point. If you were to take a lady from there with you to Cebu then she would have to learn the Cebuano language. By the way, I know of a Filipina with three houses in Carcar City that rent from P2,000-P4,000. Carcar is about an hour south of Cebu City so you'd still be close to shopping.
