Affiants demand for Inspection and furnished copies of their Oath's of Office, Signed Notary Commissions by Secretary of State, Master Roll of Attorney's, Certificate of Good Standing, Certificate of Registration, Certificate of Qualifications, Surety Bonds, Transcripts of said judicial proceedings, Arrest Warrant Affidavits, Probable Cause Hearing Waiver Forms, Certificate of Elections, was intentionally and prejudicially denied and rendering insurmountable injuries and damages to Affiant. - That, Affiant, on and for the record, on said date(s) in said case(s), provide irrefutable evidence(See attachment..) of Fraud being committed by said sworn and liable judicial officials, when upon being arrested, processed, admitted and designated to said Forsyth County Detention Center Jail, in accordance to North Carolina General Statute 15a-521(b)(5)(b), did in fact, have his United States Constitutional Right to the due process of the law, Civil Rights, and Interanational Human Rights infringed upon when his right to a Probable-Cause Hearing and proof of waiver for said Hearing in accordance to North Carolina General Statute 15a-606 was intentionally denied, bringing about an insurmountable amount of injury and damages to said sworn Affiant. - That, Affiant, On and for the record, provides irrefutable material evidence(see attachment..) of said contained sworn, liable, responsible judicial officer's of the court, did in fact, directly practice Official Misconduct and are in violation of various acts of Congress such as Civil Rights Act of 1866, thus, the nature, content, and form of the indictment(s) in the matter(s) do not, in fact, conform to the mandated federal Rules of Criminal Procedures, Rule 7(c)(1), when the lawfully required signed signature(s) by said mentioned attorney of record was fictitious and did not identify with the full legal name required to be used in accordance to 6 CFR 37.1 and as defined in 6 CFR 37.3(See case ref., Reynolds v Reynolds, 2 1 Ca 1 .2d 580, 134 P .2d 251, 254). This act is a simulation of law when said attorney's failed to provide proof to practice law in the state of Ncarolina albeit Master Roll of Members or any official Roll of Attorney, and are acting as attorney's in fact, attorney in law, but not as attorney's of record maintained by the North Carolina Supreme Court. This direct violation has prejudicially done insurmountable injury and damages to Affiant. - That, Affiant, on and for the record, provides irrefutable material evidence(see attachment..) of sworn, liable, and responsible state judicial officials illegally administrating the Child Support Enforcement Agency, which is clearly an Executive, Federal order(s) in accordance to 42 USC 654(a)(3); Title 4-D section of the Social Security Act, Pub. L. No. 93-647, 88 stat. 2351(1975); Federal Manual of Child Support Enforcement, Section 8, page 22. Thus, imposing no contractual obligations and certifying all contracts null and void on anyone who does not volunteer subjection to it. These said State Judicial Officials are not authorized to delegate in a quasi-judicial or administrative systems designed to be acted on by public administrative officers or " judge surrogates " of the Federal Executive Branch, and this practice is also another direct violation in accordance to 18 USC 241-242 and the United States Constitution Supremacy Clause, Article #6, paragraph #2. Affiant sustained insurmountable injury and damages when his Civil Rights and International Human Rights were violated - That, Affiant, on and for the record, provide 3-5 irrefutable eye witness accounts with firsthand knowledge of said United States Constitutional Rights, Civil Rights, and International Human Rights violations being administered on aforementioned said date(s) for said case(s) to the best of their knowledge and not misleading under the penalties of perjury.

Anyone that knows uncle Chad knows he was a very genuine person, he was one of the real ones that could look at themselves later and realize they were trippin, there’s been many stories where Pimp could have made the situation worse but because he knew he was wrong he let it go, not everyone will do that some people will know they are wrong but still ride that shit all the way out.
