Damn I wanted to hear Bone Crusher....mane I love how my dude was in da middle of talkin & bust out "aye!" & hollad at his boy...dats da kind of country dudes I came up wit & would do it myself on da cool. Love David Banner mane.
B High should be getting a ⭐️ in HOLLYWOOD soon because he’s NOT like the rest of these fake radio personality host who are too much trying not to ask certain questions to the guest because of their relationships with a specific person who that question is directed to.......he’s not reading a scripted note of questions to ask the guest.......his questions comes from the heart.....that’s real shit
I respect B-High and absolutely love his interviews, because he has people of interest, he ask a question, and falls back and let's the person talk without constantly interrupting them and talking about hisself... Unlike Vlad, NORE, and even Snoop... Shout Out to B-High... ☮✊🏾👑 #MuchLoveAndRespectBHigh
I can dig that I the general sense. The only thing I would say is, I give Nore a pass generally because most of the artist he has on Drink Champs are people he's worked with or know personally due to the fact they're actually his peers. However, I do believe that regardless of that fact, if one has a show where they are the host, they should stay in that lane
I bought that MISSISSIPPI album, baptized in dirty water, certified etc when it first dropped.. I was riding through the delta listening to it and banner gave us the hiphop blues which gave us a identity.. we just didnt have anybody to follow up on it properly.. shots out to P-BOY STONE TOO.. #FREEstateOFjones
Tien Shinhan yep yep Texas definitely keeps our hip hop legends in the forefront that’s way DJ screw, Pimp C, Fat pat and others birthdays and death days are remembered
The most powerful thing anyone can realize is: “We become what we think about.” That is a game changer when you realize that you attract whatever you imagine. Imagination is everything. And society and the media are constantly distracting. You have to control your thoughts or someone else will control your thoughts for you. Peace.
I just recently found out about B high. Dude ask questions only a genuine fan would ask I can tell he actually listens to the artist music. Him and sway I roccs wit the long way love the interviews homie keep it 💪🏾✊🏾
Damn. Bone Crusher came through too. You are so blessed to have had them together at the same time. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to see this interview

If you don't know where you come from you won't know where you're going. Reach back and see how our people did things and how they thought before your time.
@@knowitall3892 Wtf how old are you😅😂😂😂 how old are your parents. i was born in 2000, im only 19 and i damn sure dont have no kids even if i did they wouldnt be old enough to be able to use youtube

Off top, I ain't mad. But everytime I see D. banner I can't help but to think back on when I was trying 2 be a artist. He came to my city 4 a album release signing tour & I tried 2 show him my CD. He wouldn't even look at it. Matter of fact the look on his face made me feel like it was doo doo on my album or something. But then when he seen how real I was then and only then he looked at my CD. Mind you I was there to congratulate him on his success and ask 4 advice. So every time I see this brother. Doing interviews on radio shows claiming how real & conscious he is I know different first hand.....mammy! I didn't let that stop me instead let it fuel my motivation to still drop 3 copy written albums & to open the 1st blk owned pet store in my city's history. I would never turn my nose up @ any anybody's efforts/project Regardless to how I felt at that moment Because it could crush somebody's movement mentally and physically . Eh Banner "Real thugs get down on the floor" was my joint too. Continue success on any of your new adventures or projects. We all got bills to pay my nigga.
Well thank goodness for the amazing growth and progress that we all encounter on our journeys. He seems like a different person now than when he was at the height of his career. You can just listen to the music he's making now vs then to see that. Also, there's 2 sides to every story so those of us who's to say what your energy was like at the time. Maybe you approached dude wrong and with an entitled attitude like he's supposed to check out your album just because. Good thing you didn't let his reaction stop you because he's not responsible for your journey anyway. If you let another nigga keep you from something you were passionate about then maybe you weren't cut out for it anyway. But so yeah keep looking down on this person (who is just a regular man like you) and holding him hostage to 1 disappointing encounter that you had with him years ago. Our idols rarely live up to the fantasy that we've placed on them (because they're just regular people) so good thing you came to that realization.
@Jackstar769 yea fr., I tried to hand him my CD he just looked like what's this, it was a weird moment that COUGHT me off guard. But looking bck I at mad nor was I mad at that moment, it just made me realize ppl at as real as they THINK they are. I'm just sayn that instance if I was weak minded could've destroyed my confidence. But I still got love 4 the brother & his movement as he continue 2 elevate him mental, definitely still listen 2 him music! Ps. always keep a real grounded person around you, 1 who gone tell u the truth no matter how u feel abt it and try not to let paper mold your perception!
@@senojoy12473 your 1hunnid % right we all go thru growth stages in our lives! Honestly haven't taken the time 2 listen to any of his new stuff, been 2 busy working but I'm gonna chk out the new material and add a few songs to my play list. Like I said I'm not mad now and wasn't mad then and wish only the best for the brother...mammy!
I fux with that first statement. I’m from Florida. I bump trick daddy daily, but my daily playlist consists of lil Jon, pastor Troy, outkast, snoop, Dre, chamillionaire, Nas, jigga, banner, bun b, three six, bone thugs, Em, Royce, cube, big krit, just to name a few. I jam the new shit but that old school that I grew up on keeps me sane.
If you from the souf, then you know Banner greeted Bone the same yo drunk Uncle did when you got to the cook out. Lmao! In the middle of talkin and when he seen you he just mid scentence “Aye!”
Man I live in midtown and I jam Players Ball from OutKast like its new. That’s a classic. Banner you have a office in my condo building and you know who I am my bro.
I remember first listening to Cadillacs on 22s I thought it was Pastor Troy's song lol. Then I saw him on 106 and park debuting the video I kept thinking damn I didn't know Pastor Troy coloring his beard. I was like damn Troy got big not in a bad way but I was like he def put on some weight. Lol I busted out laughing soon as I found out it wasn't Troy. None the less David Banner def was and is such a huge contribution in rap/hip hop culture.
@@mosthighchosen614 yes, on Florida Avenue, now it's called A.P.R /A. Phillip Randolph....the eastside of Jacksonville.....other rappers were Mace, ole dirty basterd,Mac, singed with no limit records, juvenile
I find it ironic that the first thing I hear is how lil Jon and outlast paved the way... and just a few days ago Duke Duece dropped that crunk ain’t dead remix with lil Jon , juicy and pat on it .
Outkast, UGK, 8BALL/MJG, GOODIE MOB,LIL JOHN, D.BANNER,...M.I.crooked letter Humpback humpback...come on man..cant forget what they did for the South. I been telling people about KRIT and I feel like people still sleeping on him
