I used to record the US charts on BBC radio 1 in the UK with my new stereo when I was 16 in 1987. Taped this. Glad to find it again 30 odd years after the tape died. RU-vid is a joy.
Absolutely...! Same here way back in 1988. Then the tape got lost. The song stayed in my memory and finally just came up as a part of a mix. ❤️❤️❤️ Feeling great 👍🏻👍🏻
There are a couple of freestyle songs with spanish translations since most freestyle singers are puerto rican. Please dont go, No te vayas by Nayobe; Baby , don't go, Baby, no te vayas by FFWD; Roses are Red, Las rosas son rojas by Marybell: Dancing on the fire, Bailando sobre el fuego by India.

Funny how the translation of the song isn't literal it's "Run I Am Falling" (Corre estoy cayendo) i mean they coulda translated it literally "Cachame Que Caigo!" but hey it's cool.
This is when some of the songs where translated by people that had no idea about the phrasing and meaning of words in spanish so they would translate the song literally. Good try though. The song sounded awesome no matter what even if the translation was crappy 😂😂😂
