The guy that isn't crippled is a scumbag . He knowingly tricked her into marrying him. He used his brother to get what he wanted , and afterwards his brother was left all alone . Meanwhile the woman is now stuck in a fake relationship.

The judge pointed out that plaintiff has the right to sue for divorce, where the facts may be more in her favor, but not for an annullment since she met, married and lived with him. I thought it was astute of the judge to point out that annullment would not have impacted parental rights in her case. She may have been trying for annullment over divorce thinking it would give her a stronger case for custody.
I'm five minutes in... the "judge" should have torn up the marriage license and said NEXT! That girl is under no obligation to remain with a man who pretended to be someone else. The judge shouldn't give a rat's ass about the brother... even if he had all his limbs cut off and both his eyes poked out. I'm not even going to watch the rest. What a screwed up legal system!

The Guy in the wheelchair is the one who started the relationship. If he was scared of the outcome then he should have told her or finished conversing with her. His brother is also to blame for deceiving her and in the end it will be the child who will be most affected by their marriage breakdown. The woman doesn't want to make any effort to try to make the marriage work in any way. She has been deceived but I didn't see her throw herself at the disabled brother declaring that his disability isn't an impediment to her. Maybe all 3 could move in together and she gets the best of both worlds, hey it worked for a friend of mine and his wife and GF.
The courts ruling has a binding consequence from it rulings on procedural & civil matters, Yulia is out of the picture with maintaining a life separate from her husband. He is not going to have to 'imagine' life without her.. its going to happen. But she can't remarry, enter into certain financial contracts and has parental right with her husband. She'll have to go for divorce, not annulment . Lucky she wasn't under Sharia.... but unlucky she didn't go to California for this.
Had they been married in California they could say Irreconcilable Differences, which means things about the other person that can’t be changed as an excuse. Or events that happened where there was no solution it great distress. That’s also a reason.
Would those not be reasons for divorce? Plaintiff sought annullment in this case, so according to the law she may have a set of facts which support being granted a divorce but not an annullment.

i think the question is they had since the begining the intention of betray her, it was not the intention of the oskar to have a relation with her, since the begining was a trap, i understand that she feels betrayed and everything that they have after that is dirty and sad because that lie. i think she is right.

In fact, it’s the best of all possible worlds for all three of them. After the attractive guy finishes playing with her box he can play Xbox while his intellectual brother has his pleasure by getting the opportunity of having female company. As for the girl, as you say, she gets the best of both relationships. The invalid brother could baby-sit the kid, after it’s born, when the couple goes out. Also, the brothers get along great! It would be a perfect arrangement.
He lied, but why is so important for her to have somebody interested in philosophy? There are more things in life that make a good couple: goals in life, same sense of humour, and I am sure she had an idea of what his sense of humour was before she realized he could not talk about her favourite philosophers. Marriage and parenthood are oversold as automatic adulthood entitlements. People dont realize that marriage originated as a social contract for division of labor. It wasnt about love. The utilitarian nature of marriage went away by the 19th century amd thats when things went to shit.

I believe that the judge didnt take the woman's side too more seriously as she should have...Imagine if you were fooled into thinking this is the person you are in love with and its someone completely someone else, I wouldnt want to even be in the same room with this person...What bugs me is that after she found out that shes been lied to why did she choose to marry this guy and fuck him? And she didnt even want to look at the wheelchaired brother, she sounds too hypocritical.

This is really good! The judge seems to really have her head on straight. I think both of the men are sweet. She may have thought the man made more money and that might be the real reason she wants to leave him. If he were rich she would totally stay with him even if he were truly dumb. Smart Judge!
.... but i must tell too that the girl doesn,t have feelings. she has an ice-heart. she many times mentioned the fact that the brother was invalid. She despited him for his disability and she didn,t care about hurt him. one person with good feelings would be more comprenhensive.
