Yep agree, don’t understand the fans saying they don’t wanna play finals.. Need I remind them that we’ve barely featured in finals for the best part of 2 decades, I’ll take sneaking into 8th spot travelling to Brisbane week 1 over not playing finals at all.. Carlton should go out there Sunday wanting to absolutely gamisi the Saints by 10 goals. If we're going to win, win it with a statement going into the finals because Hawthorn looks to be the case with all things going our way.

We have to shore up defensively. I would love to see Charlie, Harry or TDK roll through the backline to help out Weitering, Gov etc. Let them rove up the ground and then drop into the backline instead of returning forward. When we surge fwd we are so commited that we are to vulnerable to the turnover counter. I could be wwaayy off but hate seeing a fragile Blues backline. Strong Blues teams have always had rock solid backlines

Groundhog Day! We seem to love living in this realm. Much needed confidence boost last week which surprised all of us in terms of the emphatic nature. This week presents a far bigger challenge as the personnel gaps are still there and as you mention the Saints are playing good footy, but this is us. Not that we are entitled to a spot, however our best has shown itself to be amongst the absolute best in the league. We just need to get there. So long as we can keep the game on the inside and withstand their best, it could be one of our great wins and launch us into a potentially famous finals campaign. Jealous of everyone going.
