@@dropshipincanada No, they did not. There are 7 named victims. The only ones who have claimed that they are not victims are Beatrice Anghel and Iasmina Pencov. They did it after Andrew ordered them to do so, by calling from recorded jail phone on Jan 28, 2023, at 21:27. Andrew is currently under investigation for witness intimidation. By law, victim's consent is irrelevant. No one can consent to be a victim.

The metadata in the indictment corroborated with the accusations by the victims in the indictment. The indictment clearly shows the Trafficking. Victims can’t consent to being trafficked. The brothers will be in prison and they have new charges coming very soon.

Charges have nothing to do with something Andrew has said. He is charged for things he has done. Human trafficking and rapes are serious crimes in any country.

As if you know anything about the truth. For one, there is no "statute of limitations" for rape (or any other serious crime) in the UK. That's why Romania has already approved extradition back to the UK once the case in Romania is concluded. Also, just because they weren't criminally charged the first time when three different women all separately reported being sexually assaulted by Tate, doesn't mean they won't be charged in the future. Indeed, it's almost certain they will be. The women filed a civil law suit because they believed the CPS didn't do their job and it was the only way to get some form of justice for the man who raped them.

More charges (money laundry etc) are likely to be added. Judge has ordered the trial to be started.

He and his brother will also be extradited and face sexual assault and trafficking charges in the UK once the Romanian trial is over. Count on it.
