The ECFIT "Sprinter" was created for 3 time Ironman World Champion Mirinda Carfrae to enhance her lateral glute (glute medius) activation and strength. This series of movements is a signature ECFIT muscle activation and stability strategy and only requires a light DB or full water bottle.
We encourage ECFIT Athletes to use this series as a pre training or racing (swim/bike or run) muscle activation strategy.
