PRICE GUIDE: How Cheap is the CENDRILLMON Deck? (Digimon EX7 ENG) 

You really just need the ST and EX7 cards. You don’t need DeathX and Ruin Mode. You also don’t need the promos. The deck is only expensive if you feel the need to “upgrade” it with expensive staples.

After hearing your logic on promo Arisa I agree. That said I don’t have any and I’m curious as to recommendations for what to run in the meantime. I’m thinking Wonder Stomp because it gives me the first half at least. Thoughts on Shine Burst ACE for more damage and tamer acceleration?

As someone who built this very recently after buying 2 starter decks then giving the shoe support to my fiancé for his token deck, ow. But it's not terrible. I ended up springing a teenie bit to get 2 Promo Shoes. On Play Sec -1 is very nice with Wonder Stomp and the EX-07 Arisa. I'm hoping all the promo Shoemon stuff goes down because there's arts of them we don't have in the English version in addition to more events/Card Fests. (They came with the D-Storage from P-Bandai.) I'd love to pick up two ShoeShoemon, 1 more Promo Shoemon, and maybe 1 or 2 Arisa. (I ran out of room and money for Promo Arisa lol. Just need the other two for the combo. We always go funny combo in my house.) But this deck can be as cheap as you buy two starter decks, but can also be up to $200+ if you want pretty alts just for Shoe cards. God (or whomever you do or don't believe in) help you if you want the chase alts. But thanks for this in depth look. But ow that price down there for the buy list. It really adds up.

If you want to upgrade the deck to max power (promo shoe/shoeshoe/arisa with cherubimon etc) then just hold off until December when yellow scramble is released since you need 2 of that card as well. Hopefully at that point there will be a lot of shoes in the market so prices drop
