Nope. I was able to find two other instances where it happened, both during the Bob Barker era. On the three-way dollar tie of September 27, 1991, Bob Barker noted it was the second time it happened. Another three-way dollar tie happened on October 30, 2003. It happened at least three times before this one.

John Mayberry I missed the entire episode! I always record every episode to watch off my PVR when I come home. However, my cable was down on the day when this particular episode aired. They all re-spun, none of them got the 5, 15 or 100. Guy in yellow shirt got 80 which was the highest and he moved on to the showcase showdown. Not sure if he won as I rolled out to go to work. lol

Might want to rename your video I just watched a video with a 3 way tie for a dollar while bob was host so this definitely isn't the 1st time it happened
