When it comes to deciding how many non-pom beanies to bring, I usually bring a bunch with and without poms then bring poms with me to attach if needed. That came in handy at my last market when a little girl wanted a beanie and really liked a color that didn't have a pom on it. I told her to come back in 10 minutes and I would put a pom on it for her. :)
My next craft show starts in a few hours! Watched the video as I was getting ready! It will be my first time having crocheted items at my booth. Super excited!
Instead of doing a ‘market’ this month, I’m setting up at a marketplace! The event runs from May 9th to June 22nd, and this is my first time doing a marketplace. 😊
@@HandmadeHappiness-you I’ll be setting up a table with my products on it, but instead of staying and selling my stuff like at a market, I’ll be leaving my stuff there for the coordinators to sell, and then pick up my money from them later.
My next market is May 11 at an elementary school. It’s the very first time for this event so I don’t know how many people will show up. Then I have a huge market June 9.
i don’t necessarily do the assembly line type thing, but i do alternate what i make (like not 10 bees in a row; instead i do a bee, then a chicken, then a hat, and repeat that over and over.)

My next craft show is July 13th. I’ll be doing it with my mom, she makes baskets, and we’ll each have our own booth. Assembly line prepping is the way to go!
My town has a tractor supply too! How do you get into this event? Do you ask the store manager? Lol I've never done a market but maybe to practice here too might help me

Please vlog the organization. I need ideas for what to do with my craft room lol. I have my first show of the year May 11 immediately followed by 2 more. It sounds silly but I'm thinking I should not bring all of my inventory because I'm worried about having enough for each show and won't have time to replace enough of it. I stall at tagging and doing inventory counts because I'd rather be crocheting.😄

My next market is June 1-2 and I am crazy stressed about it 😬 It would be cute if you got one of those little plastic recycling cans from the dollar tree and make a little sign or something or directed people if they wanted to take the tag off they could put it in there maybe! My daughter has a really cute pink one that she keeps change in on her desk.
Hey market twin lol! My next market is on June 1st - just a one day market though. I'm stressted about getting the inventory that I want to bring ready. That's such a great idea about the recycling cans if people don't want the tag. I never thought about that - I usually just stick them in one of my inventory bins.
I would totally buy the blue and purple bear hats for a baby! I love cooler colors. Plus, the blues are a gender- neutral color, meaning more people want it.
My next craft show is the Lilac Festival in Defiance, Ohio. It is May 11th the day before Mother's Day. It's a very big festival here, so hoping for a big turnout and am prepping like crazy!!!

I have a question. As a new crocheter i have people wanting stuffed animals ive made (the patterns are not my own) my question is, can you sell finished products you have made or is that copywriting
Check with the original pattern designer. Or it usually will state it somewhere on the pattern. Most pattern designers will say you can sell the items you make from their pattern. You just can’t resell the pattern itself which is the subject to copyright part. If in doubt always check with the original pattern creator.
