Every day is a blessing especially when I see my family Miracle pressure washing giving us great content and input but most of all showing us love and respect 💯🙏
Those 2 driveway jobs... i would charge roughly around $300-350.00 each... but i also always include the walkway to the front door along with the sidewalk of the property, and the walkway leading to the backyard fence. If the house is a corner house, then i take into consideration the amount of sidewalk and add that into the estimate. My process would be to rinse it down, apply a pretreatment, pressure wash, do a full rinse down and finally, a post treatment. I'm not sure where you are at, but i think you are under charging with those prices, $135 plus the sidewalk, walkways, etc.. you are doing a great job and your prices should reflect that. Keep up the amazing work bro!
@@miraclepressurewashing2319 im in ATL also. I charge $58 for "post treatment" along with how much you charge, when i see dark driveways like that. Always tell the customer of the post treatment gives a better finish and allows longer times between cleaning usually between 2 to 3 years before the next clean. Of course after justifying, they always of agree to it.
Way too cheap . Your a pro, your work is clean. $250 is the minimum for any job, start with that. I price standard driveway at $225 and $100 for the sidewalks
Wow. I’ve always been doing the gutters with the driveway cleaning. Guess it don’t matter I charge $200 for those and $300 for three car garage homes with short drive like that. All good. Getting my 8gpm next week. Can’t wait to jump from 4 to 8
You charge $300 for the road gutters this size wow thats a little high but if you getting it that’s good man. But yea I give them the option to include it for like $15 to $40 depending on condition 3 minutes of work. But yea that 8gpm is going to boost up your life
@@miraclepressurewashing2319 yep Add $24 for chemical line item Plus $60-ish for Post Treatment Plus $39 service fee After adding these line items to your prices- you will definitely get what you deserve. I just started doing this at begining of 2023- customers are paying
@miraclepressurewashing could this same pricing technique be applied to commercial jobs? Like a small 3 or 4 building apartment complex that just need the sidewalks and door stoops hit ?
Question. Say for example your machine is 4GPM but water supply is 3-3.5 GPM. Is that a problem and can you adjust your washer to make up for the lack of water flow?
You have to be careful with that because if you continue to do that you will starve your pump. Yes I thank adjusting the pressure washer will really help you out on that.. Hope this was helpful God bless
@@miraclepressurewashing2319 So are you saying that you can adjust the pressure washer downstream or outgoing flow rate to compensate for the lower GPM coming in from H2O supply, thus saving your pump? Don't forget I'm very new to this. Thanks, God Bless
Also: To adjust pressure, switch nozzles. This guy will show you how, but it's best not to adjust the machine itself. Can you? Yes. Should you? No. Your machine is factory-set. This guy also points you to a free chart to show you which nozzles will get you what pressure, based on your machine. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3mGkOE6awms.html
