Thanks, yes it is an art form for sure! It's hard to do well but with a bit of data and research it can really make a difference. 😁

For someone who has not started a business this would probably make no sense. But for us this information is like Gold. I actually was a business systems consultant working all over the world for multinationals like Cocacola and Pepsi for around 15 years. The difference is that these were already established businesses - they tell you what they want and you develop it for them. My passion was in helping people so I didn’t feel fulfilled in my work - so quit and setup a social enterprise. Downstairs we do creative work like print, graphics, photography and upstairs we do Free community training, development and Upskilling projects One of my trainees just got a team leader position at Carlsberg. So quite proud of that. There is a world of difference between working for an established business and setting up your own. Yes it’s all in the business plan but sometimes you need to be in the business before you start to understand what is in the business plan 😃😃 Check us out Mastroe.org. Things are being updated now but wish I had access to this type of info when we started. I mean I have a masters degree and have a high level of understanding of but standard and management Finance but still struggled so you can imagine someone who is starting from scratch. 😃😃 We actually ran out first free Entreoreneurship programme a few weeks ago fir the community and that was a lot of fun. We would look to run diff entrepreneurship training sessions over the year. Anyway just wanted to say this to let you know your content is really helping. Great stuff.
