The 5th player expansion actually has 2 new characters, not just 1 haha And the stretch goals box contains new "nightmare" decks to replay monster at an even harder level! I cannot wait for this to arrive, and for you to film a playthrough or a campaign! Great unboxing!
Looks amazing, thanks for sharing. Hopefully playthrough soonish. This has been my most anticipated game for three years now. Unfortunately shipping is still going to take months and the last mile wait feels like forever.
I'm from the EU, so won't be getting my copy for a while to try this out. :( So I'm relying on you Colin to hype me up for it just like you did for unsettled. Can't wait to see some rule explanations and playthrough.

Looks shiny! It’s a while away for the uk but I have Agemonia coming next week so no hurry. I think the final boss card was the 2nd one for the last boss, he spans two sheets!

Thanks so much!! The minis are quite comparable to monster hunter I think. Bill painted them and Holy moly do they look good. Can't wait to compare them to these!! I think this game might have more meat on the bones but it's hard to say until I've played both of them more!
May need to keep both - son likes the board of MWH but I’ve been enjoying the hand management of Primal. Plus I also backed Iceborne - guess I am a sucker for boss battlers and great minis.

I ordered the gameplay all in, so no neoprene mat, sleeves, or terrain miniatures. All I've gotten so far is the core box. REALLY hoping you and Bairnt get this to the table live, at minimum for a 1 off night. It looks like the kind of game that could recreate those Oathsworn fight streams
This game is going to be so fun! Love the unboxing Colin and look forward to the playthrough. I unfortunately didn't pledge at the time due to budget constraints but will be jealous. I too contemplated monster hunter but for some reason would've preferred primal for solo.

Honestly I don't like Unboxing videos (you won't see any on my channel). However as an exception I enjoy Bairnt's unboxing video approach. You did a fantastic job with your first unboxing video! Looks like I have another person to add to my exception list 😁. Keep up the great work as always!
@@MeetMeAtTheTable my stepson and I have been enjoying it a lot. after so many heavy games, Monster Hunter is so quick to setup and get through a fight. How many battles have you done in Primal, would you say an average fight is 60 minutes?
@johncurry7246 cool!! So I've only done 3 fights so far and it drastically depends on player count. 2 player you can have a fight completed in 60 minutes. 4 player takes at least 90 minutes but more like 120 or even 150 as you need so much more damage! Loving the game though!!

Did you notice for Jekoros two level 1 peril cards? I’m not sure if that was intentional or not since I see a level 3 but not a level 2. Possible misprint there.
The KS delivery was a bit weird there was a rush of games delivered about 3 months ago and then there was another delivery about a month after that. So it has been out for a while but only though KS backers not sure if or when it will go to retail. Hope that helps thanks for the great question and thanks for watching 😃😃👍
@@MeetMeAtTheTable Yeah I looked it up. AU (where I am) had issues getting it shipped. So it's going to be a while before it comes my way. I just never was notified this was already being shipped. It was complete surprise to be reminded this game exists.
