You’re lucky to get deals in the us. In Canada they always inflate the price a few weeks before prime day, then put it at the same price from 2 weeks ago. I have 8 tvs on my wish list and 5 of them are more expensive than before prime day. Prime Canada is a joke.
Bought the Sony A95L 77" last year and a few weeks ago picked up an 85" Sony Bravia 9. Both stellar TVs, don't think I'll need to upgrade or replace either for 2 or 3 years.
Bought a tcl qm7 for 29% off on Amazon. 2024 model and under $500. Should definitely be on this list. eBay has a 20% off coupon and you can get a Samsung S90D at a smoking deal. Like $1800 for a 65” model if they aren’t sold out. 77” is around $2300. I just don’t have the cash right now.
LG has some amazing deals throughout, including the G4. Now, why reviewers still recommend the Sony a95L with all the issues consumers and calibrators still reporting, is beyond me. I was considering the a95L but I might grab a cheaper LG model until Sony releases a better OLED.
I was looking to get the A95L after watching the videos, but you say there's a problem? I bought the Lg G3 based on all the raving reviews, and returned it 5 days later. It was colorful and all, but I found the picture lacking sharpness compared to my old Samsung 1080p. I kept blinking my eyes trying to get them to focus, but it wasn't my eyes, it was the G3. I'm not even going to consider the G4. The G3 showed me actors with clay faces; the Samsung shows me every pore on their noses. I still have the Samsung but it's slowly dying from the vertical lines problem, (it's 12 years old.)
Hello, nice video, I live in europe and I want the hisense 55u7k which is a bit different than the us version, it has the vidaa u7 os and is a bit less bright, idk if there are any other differences but the main one is the os, whats your opinion on the vidaa os? should i get it or should i get something else? could you make a similar video for the european market!!!

Recently bought a the Hisense 65” u8n, the newest model for $1,000. Contemplating returning and getting the LG c3 for &1300 new. Or getting an open box Samsung 90 c or open box c3 for around $1100. Thoughts thanks.
Got the Hisense 75" U8N Mini Led Pro+ On sale at Best Buy. after comparing the Bravia and the LG OLEDs on display, in my opinion the Hisense looked just as good and better in some aspects. Anti glare screen coating makes a huge difference, and the blacks are almost if not on par with the OLED. Great value, no burn in, a no brainer. Would love to see you do a VS with the 75 inch and other OLEDs, apparently it uses a different panel than the 55-65 I've seen ppl review on yt. Its way better.
I will be using an antenna for major networks and I was all set to buy LG-C3 but the tuner is not ATSC 3.0, and my local broadcast market has already converted to NextGen. I need a wide viewing angle so that eliminates mini LED's like Hisense. Who makes a high quality OLED 75” with ATSC 3.0 and a wide viewing angle for $2,000?

I just purchased a Hisense U8K 75 inch. I was going to get the U7K, but they are gone now. I had a 65 inch Vizio p series and I am struggling with this Hisense a bit. I guess I am not used to how dark the blacks really are. Soome Content looks great, some looks terrible. Avengers endgame was on tnt last night and it looked aweful. I just can’t tell if I’ve got a bad panel or I just don’t know how to correct the settings. I’m on the fence about the whole thing maybe returning my TV. I did use recommended settings watching several RU-vid videos, but it only makes the picture marginally better. I just wonder if I’m suffering from older bad technology and I’m not used to inky blacks as some put it.
if i watch tv all day is it better to have an oled or not? also can you do some recs for 40-50 inch tvs too. i don't have a big enough place for a super big one and I can't be the only one. thanks for your reviews
Do you want Brutal Honesty???? TV'S in the Size you want are Not in Demand and the TV Manufacturers are Not putting out High Quality TV'S in those Sizes. The Exception is to Way over pay for a small TV. Sure you can Buy a Retail Priced (Non Sale Price) $2000.00 43 inch OLED TV from LG, Sony or Samsung that will Look Amazing if you want to Pay that much... For the most part though, today the TV's Under 55 inches are Far inferior to the TV'S 55 inches and Larger. That is why These are the TV'S you will see being Reviewed.
Im from india..got LG G3 55” for around 1600$ here ..couldn’t go for sony because of hdmi output..lg offered better value..and damn G3 is crazy bright..combined with apple tv 4k ..this tv is stellar..all this knowledge thanks to you..becaused i used ur videos extensively for researching..!

Amazon Prime Days mostly Feature Years older TV'S like they did this Year. The "Deals" are for 2022, and 2023 TV'S. The Exception to that is you can usually find one or Two Great Deals on the current TVS. Like this Year's 2024 TCL 98 inch Q6 TV for $2000.00 which is a Great Deal. This Video mentioned this Deal. Black Friday is the Best time of the Year to Buy TV'S because you will Find the Most Current TV'S for Sale which is Much Better than Buying a year old TV or a 2 year Old TV.
I’m looking at that too. I’d been eying up the S90C for weeks hoping for a prime day price drop, now I don’t know what to get with the S90D and S95C only $200 more.
A couple days of use now. So far I am happy. Coming from Sony there are a few things I did notice right away. The upscaling on SDR content is worse. It's not as sharp as the Sony x95k, imo. Another thing is the Samsung Tizen software is horrible, way too much bloat ware and harder to navigate through the settings. Other than that, it feels as bright as the mini led X95K but the OLED contrast is much better and colors are also better. No more blooming. I did order a Google tv box because I think that's all the tv is missing, imo. The thinnest of the tv also looks great wall mounted.
@@Banana69999it was on sale for $1800 on prime day. I just got the s90c for $1500 which is the lowest price it’s ever been, went on sale the other day.
I have a wish list of all the things I wanted to buy, and it's as it Amazon saw my list and made sure nothing on it was on sale. When I looked at TVs some "Prime" sales were the same price at Best Buy, such as the Samsung S90C in this video, but I wanted the A95L to go on sale. Sadly, no.
i bought the 65 inch sony bravia 7 for 1800€ last week im not sure if i should keep it though im thinkung about getting a 75 inch tv and maybe oled instead but these prices bring me up at least another 500€
Still no Bravia 9 review by you guys or HDTVTest, very dissapointing. I really need a detailed comparison between the Bravia 9 and A95L before the Bravia 9 85 inch goes off of sale. I've already missed the A95L 77 inch sale. Hopefully the review video and the comparison video will be out soon, assuming you guys do a comparison. Stock on 2023 models is low? I’m finding stock on 2024 models is also low, or at least seemingly a made-to-order order process as experienced trying to get a 83” LG G4. 3 weeks of “Processing” status & no help from LG support. What a circus. My 2015 65EF9500 is finally going after 20k hours with all the vertical banding.
I think I’ll wait for a price drop and get the Lg C4 or G4 . I have a 48 inch C2 in my bedroom , awesome picture and it sounds great but I’ve read the C3 isn’t as good and that’s an issue since I want to upgrade my living room tv to a bigger screen and of course better picture quality even though I have a 7.1 surround sound. I only use that for the big game or 4k movies.
Amazon has had the S90C around the same $1500 +/- price tag forever. So there doesn't appear to be any discount. Even going through the Samsung Educational option isn't a huge savings over any other retailer. If you're lucky enough to find it at Costco, you can at least take advantage a 5 year warranty. And they don't care if you bring it back without the packaging.
Maaaaaan, I'm out of town till Saturday, and trying really hard to cut my spending to get my finances back on track, so it doesn't even make sense for me to buy the TV I need right now! That LG C4 price is really tempting, but I think I'm still going to hold out for the Sony A95L

I Agree 👍💯 with Buying the 2024 TCL 98 inch Q651G for $2000.00 it is a Great 😃 TV and a Great Deal. I wish you would have mentioned that it is a Serious Upgrade from the 98 inch S5 from last year. The 2023 Inch S5 was a Non QLED 4K TV. It Looked Very Good and was worth $2000.00 But this Year the Q6 Model is a Huge Step Up. It is at least 40% Brighter (With QLED vs the S5 LED) making the Colors really Pop, they are Much more Vibrant. It also has what TCL claims, Reviews I have seen agree, is a Significantly upgraded Microprocessor. This makes the Q6 Model Miles ahead of Last Year's S5 which is a Very Highly Reviewed TV. I Disagree with the Rest of your Analysis. There is No Way I am Buying a 2023 TV for these Prices. Why Not? The 2024 TV Models are a Huge Upgrade over the 2023 TV'S. The Hisense K Model TV's are far Behind the N Models. The U6N, U7N, and the U8N are easily Twice as Good as the 2023 K Models. Each Model is 50% Brighter and they All have an upgraded Microprocessor too. For TCL and Hisense it is a Huge Mistake to buy the 2023 Models with the 2024 Models being Far Superior. If Price is the Only Consideration then People should Buy Amazon Fire TV'S. They are inexpensive and Look OK.... Also Black Friday is a Better time to Buy TV'S to Get the Best Deals. Amazon Prime Days are Not when that Year's TV'S are Featured and On Sale. Amazon Prime Days is Just, Mostly, Clearing out Last Year's Items. There are Very Few Current Items on Sale.
Snagged a 48” C4 last night from Best Buy to replace my old bedroom tv. Happy with it. Trying to justify splurging on the ‘24 98” QM8 since it’s cheapest it’s been at $2k off.
The last 2 times I bought a tv online shipped to my house one from Walmart and the other from Amazon, Both TV came Broken. Maybe there's a 50/50 chance getting a working TV.
