Really enjoy your videos. I am considering starting at Prime this summer and the information you are providing have me thinking of tankers. I understand I probably will start there but that is ok.
They are the drivers property. Think about it this way - if they were free, would the drivers care about taking care of them? Or would they try to sell them at a truck stop when low on funds & tell the company they were stolen? In addition, being stainless steel, they really don't lose any value, and Prime will buy them back for the exact cost of sale if you decide to leave.
I was thinking the same thing. I haul tankers and my company supplies all tools and trust that we will not sell them or abuse them. I guess they can do whatever they want if you let them
