Yes and it isnt just dissociation, i think he stacked the dmg boost from farming lots of those fragments then using the robe that gives dmg bonus for your fragments. Dissociation like dewdrops,preservation counterdmg, i think works the same way that they scale with dmg boosts aswell. And also base dmg of bailu is so high, she dealt 1 million from her basic attack alone and 650k from dissociation. And then around 100k from propagation dmg
Prydwen decided to put Welt in B tier in their new tierlist system, for a second I thought they finally made a good and unbiased tierlist, great to see that they're as unreliable as ever!
I mean jingyuan is put below serval and even volkin has a hard time trying to make a reason for it trying to defend the list. So yeah, no need to rely on those lists
Prydwen uses Cn statistics for their tier list they are meta focused of course welt is put on B tier , he's good but we have better options for fast cycles and serval is better then jingyuan bc in pure fiction she can dish out aoe damage more frequent midyuan jing yuan* need his stand to proc which is slow

Like i don't know There is enchanced Auspicious Star Brain in vat for double ults increased regeneration from other blessing Yet i still enjoy the gameplay in video Spamming Welts ult is just satysfying
