Use an old distributor. Remove the gear. Drop down over the pump rod and use a slow drill to turn the distributor.

Get a better oil pump.

The drill is just turning too slowly That's all Has nothing to do with the oil pump. If it was spinning A couple of hundred RPM's faster it would have been 75-80 lbs of pressure
