King Felipe is related to the British Royal Family through his father but also his mother is related to late Prince Philip. She is from royals of Greece.
When I was 17 years old and on a high school trip to an agricutural display in Toronto i got to shake hands with both Prince Charles and Camila Duchess of Cambridge. They were heavily guarded and a huge crowd following their every step. My teacher and I tired of following the crowd that prevented us from getting a good look at them happened to slip away from the crowd and proceeded to walk in the other direction of the arena. A couple of minutes later we realized that the Prince and the Duchess were headed right in our direction with the crowd and security guards behind them. We immediately stood off to the side and as they were about to walk past us i took a step forward extended my hand and said "Hey Prince how ya doin"? He smiled, shook my hand firmly and asked me what I was listening to since i had a ear piece in an ear connected to an mp3 player. I replied "Hip Hop music sir". He chuckled and the proceeded to shake the hand and acknolwdge my teacher as well. After the exchange my teacher immediately began to explain to me what exactly just happened and how out of protocol I was lol and that i was very lucky he even acknowledged me. I had no idea I was just a young black kid from the inner city. I was just treating the Prince although a Prince like any human should be approached with. RESPECT. Im a big fan of the series The Crown and after watching it I cant help but feel that the Royals at times feel part of a circus with no one real from the outside world around them. Id like to think that for that brief moment when the Prince and I met I somehow helped him feel human for once.
Definetly the royals have something about them. The king and Queen of Spain are so elegant and stylish with a lot of class and dignity. I love the way they kiss. Very soothing to the eye.

Not only did Camilla curtsy even charles Bowed to the king at 0:03. It has nothing to do with whether your born royal or not every royal has to bow/curtsy to a Royal of higher rank . Charles was prince then so he had to now to the king of Spain who is of higher rank .
