The love that crown princess Victoria & her prince (Daniel) have for one another is such a blessing! They're very supportive of one another's achievements and it shows. I also like how he conversates with his 2 classmates or whatever they're called at the end. He's so genuine! By far my #1 fave of royal couple's! Many blessings to the both of them & their country (🇸🇪 Sweden 🇸🇪)

I admire Prince Daniel's attitude and support for her, but I think he will be "only" _Prince_ Consort; similar to the position/title of the late Duke of Edinburgh...?
Definitely a fun event, and nice to see the royal couple in person! I feel sorry for the poor people living nearby City Hall though, so many cannon shots!
I was one of those who fired the cannons. I must say that it was both an honour and very fun to both be at guard for the crown princess and prins Daniel and shooting a salute for them. By the way, I am standing to the right of the door/gate (with the red cannons in a cross in the arm, not in the beard lol). And we fired 35 times by the way. (Excuse some bad English. I am not natively English speaking lol)

Both Elizabeth II of the UK and Beatrix of the Netherlands have distinctive hairstyles that never changed throughout their lives.
Daniel has had his own health issues and his field of endeavor had been physical culture, so he is familiar from various perspectives with what's needed for health education and diet. I must ask: does the name Karolinska Institutet derive from Charlemagne, Charles, and all the Carls who've been king using that name from the Holy Roman Empire along with Gustav et al?
To the best of my knowledge, Karolinska Institutet was founded by king Karl XIII - hence the name - with the aim to improve education for doctors. He disliked that medical training for doctors were sub-par & woved to ensure his men would not die after battles from inadequate health care.

That is not royal regalia. This is a graduation ceremony and that graduation cap is part of academic dress. It is equivalent to the mortarboard in "cap and gown" in American graduation ceremonies.
