All actors in this movie were cast perfectly, I read the book after the movie and could not imagine other actors playing those parts - awesome jobs from everyone. I watched it several times and always enjoyed it immensely! And can we please have Uma Thurman as our first female US president for real 😉

Dieser Film ist einer der Besten, die ich gesehen habe. Er hat nichts mit Verdorbenheit etc. zu tun. Er zeigt ( zwar etwas überspitzt ) die Problematik zweier junger Menschen. Der Eine ein Prinz und am Königshof gefangen, der Andere ein Amerikaner, der auch gefangen ist durch das öffentliche Amt seiner Mutter. Ihre Liebe und der der damit verbundene Kampf und der am Ende errungene Sieg, einfach Spitze. Ich liebe diesen Film. Habe ihn auch schon x mal gesehen und kann nicht aufhören ihn immer wieder zu sehen.

the dance at the museum is a wholesome moment in the entire film.... the dilemma that henry had to be or to not be with alex and the realisation that he can't be apart from alex and at the end it comes with this beautiful scene

I don't think there has ever been a better on-screen couple than Alex and Henry ❤. The moment in the museum is so heartwarming. I've seen the movie 4 times already and still can't get enough of it 🥰. Taylor and Nicholas are such great actors. Perfect casting 👌, awesome movie!

@@blairturner139I never finished watching any BL movies. I was trying to watch Heartstopper but didn’t even finish, not really like it. I thought I would not like this one either but I was wrong. Probably this is the first BL movie I watched it all the way to the end and loved it. That doesn’t mean I am into BL movies now. Probably I like only Taylor and Nick .

All scenes with Alex and Henry are my favourite - from the cake-gate, to their dance at the V&A Museum, to them visiting Alex' home in Austin. Sometimes I wonder, because the chemistry between the two actors are amazing, they would improvise. It reminded me of "Call me by Your Name" wherein some scenes with Elio and Oliver are improvised.

Come on @primevideo this can't be a one movie and done thing. I want to spend more time with these characters and want to know so much more about them! There is so much potencial! I want to meet Henry's mum, I want to see Henry support LGBTQ + youth, and of course see their relationship develop even more. I can see them having a long distance relationship at first, then buying their first flat together, because they miss each other so much. In my head they for sure would get engaged and married. Imagine a royal Wedding of two guys on screen! Excited just thinking about it. What I mean to say is, that I am so in love with Alex and Henry, I need more! Please🙏

taylor and nick were truly, genuinely wonderful together. i'm so happy that they are getting their due and though they can't openly bask in it, i hope they see and hear how much love there is out there for them. our alex and henry, individually wonderful and bright, but together, fireworks that light up the sky. i hope that a sequel is being considered; there is so much potential for more for these characters, even just lifting from henry's chapter, and honestly, these actors' chemistry really should be utilized and celebrated and hopefully then they will be able to openly be proud of their work.
