When you take a track as iconic as Purple Rain and decide you are going to put you’re own stamp on it, you know you have got to step up to the plate and deliver one hell of a performance. This my friends is one hell of a performance and then some. I can’t help thinking Prince is sat in Heaven quietly approving of this.

It helps to have talent, BUT YOU CAN DO THIS if you work very hard and belive in yourself. I don't know if you play guitar, but if you do, just imagine that in the first month(s) you had to struggle to play a chord and now YOU CAN.

as someone who lived 8 mins away from princes studio, I been a huge fan of his. you blew this out of the water, and prince would shake your hand for creating such a beautiful solo rendition of his song. I have to agree with Keith Richards' "overrated midget". He saturates everything with delay. We've all done it to make our riffs sound more than what they are. Prince's other trick was the old 3-notes/string where if you slowed it down would sound like sh*t. What this guy is playing is no bullshit...beautiful 👍
