Hi, thank you for your reactions to SHINee. I see that some content creators don't like to listen to clips before doing an actual reaction, so I'll respect your choice in that regard. Many of us watch these guides more than once and we enjoy the reaction, whether they have heard the songs are not. For me, since I'm a fan, I find it engaging when people are knowledgeable about the subject I'm hoping to learn more about in my searches. I also enjoy reactors who research SHINee and the individual members and react with that in mind. But those are often artists, choreographers, vocal coaches, professional critics, etc. with a set agenda or theme. Some reactors mute the part in guides when songs come on, so that may work for you. SHINee's individual fandom names were chosen for very specific reasons. > Onew's fans are called MVPs because in SHINee's debut song "Reply" Onew has a line that says "Noona you are MVP (MVP stands for most valuable person)," so fans have adopted that line to mean Onew's fans are the MVPs. > Jonghyun's fans are Blingers because it has to do with a line in SHINee's SHINee World "dibidibidis" rap section, where Minho says, "Bling Bling is Jonghyun." Jonghyun has been given the nickname "Bling Bling" because he sparkles with that it factor and talent that makes him shine brighter than anyone else around him. > Key's fandom is locketts because his name is Key and his nickname is Almighty Key. It is said that he literally has the talent to be able to open all the doors in the entertainment industry. Key also has nicknamed his fans Lil' freaks, which I think is partly because he is a big fan of Lady Gaga and her fandom is called Little Monsters. > Minho's fandom is Flamers because he has been given the nickname flaming charisma, which is also a line in their SHINee World rap and it describes his passion for life and sports and his need to always be the best in sports and everything he does. > Taemin's fans are called Taemints because when Taemin was young he would go around handing out candy to fans and staff members wherever he went. However, now that he has grown up, fans have adapted it to mean that he is cool and sweet like refreshing mint.
If you don't want to hear the music to keep from spoiling yourself, I would recommend just hitting the M key to mute the audio on parts that you think have spoilery music. Then unmute after that scene passes. That way you don't miss out on reading the text/info on screen but you still preserve the music for your reactions. ☺
From the 2nd generation BIGBANG started to called Kings of K-Pop, while SHINee became Princes of K-Pop. I love both of these groups and their music style is pretty different and unique.
It also is because Big Bang were men while Shinee debuted as teenagers. Those pics of Minho and Taemin in school uniforms prepping for a concert back stage
I'm a blinger (Jonghyun's fans name). I haven't cry since a long time. You made me cry positively happy, because you like and compliment Jonghyun's voice and don't scare to mention him. Some of my recommendations of powerful performance of SHINee are Password, Hitchhiking ot5 live, Picasso, Nightmare etc. All the members are amazing in SHINee. Don't underestimate Key's voice, he has a very stable voice for live stages. Probably the best stable one. He can do high note for a baritone, rap, dance, his presence and more really a multitalented ACE artist.
No, Onew is not an opera singer, although he had all the qualities to become one. If you want to watch one of the shows where he participates, then I advise "sea of hope". There are singers and actors, they open a bar on the sea side and offer guests various food, drinks and perform in front of them to distract them from their routine lives.

I agree with you. I appreciate all the hard work fans put into this guide but it really does spoil the best parts of too many songs. The really iconic parts deserve to be experienced for the first time without any knowledge like Jonghyun's note in Stranger or his singing in Sherlock. I wish fans would stop recommending this specific guide to people who are just discovering SHINee. It's really something that should be watched after you're seen their title tracks. There are so many shorter guides out there that don't spoil their songs and focus on introducing the members and group overall. Sorry you got so many songs spoiled and hopefully since the guide was long you'll forget them by the time you react to the full song. It's too late now but I would have recommended muting the songs you haven't heard yet so you can still watch the video and read the text but don't have the song spoiled. Maybe you can do that with part 2.
I only skipped 5 secs of one part in this video, but y'all crucified me everytime I skipped in the past guides😭. I'm sorry I'm not the reactor y'all want me to be. I really do apologize. Like genuinely.
It's fine, I understand why you don't want to hear the songs, since you want to hear it for the first time on video. But if there is text I would just recommend to mute it. Probably the best thing you can do in that situation. But I wish they would just use the instrumental of the song so we don't actually hear the whole song. But there are many other guides that use intrumentals instead or just a very small part of the song.
its tricky with the title songs. i honestly prefer when you skip as best as u can to avoid the title songs. no need to apologize, really. i think ppl just wanna make sure u dont miss the next seconds after the part (which is often annoying when its a guide that has small video cuts in it like a member guide)
@Shoko Yea, I love the guide its very informative and great quality, but I personally think they showed a little too much of the songs. But some people like it and others don't, it's hard to please both.

First of all, thank you very much for your reaction and welcome to the SHINee World 😊it’s really great to see new people interested in SHINee I have just 2 things to say (just to help you a little 😊) the first thing is that you have often confused Jimin (or Jaemin?) with Taemin 😂, they are best friends but not really in the same group 😅(no hate here, just to let you know that you got confused but it’s pretty normal at first I think 😉) And the second thing is a little piece of advice that others have already given you, if you don’t want to hear the songs there’s no problem cutting the sound. Generally all guides are in this format, it’s made to make you WANT to listen to the song or see the performance. But if you’re more comfortable not listening, that's really ok, do it, it’s your reactions 👍 and please don’t apologize, you learn and those are your reactions, there will always be people who won’t be happy 🤷♀
Legend of Kpop - Shinhwa(their name literally means myth/legend- Longest running boy group with the original members in the world) Royalties of Kpop - TVXQ Kings of Hallyu- Super Junior / Kings of Kpop- BigBang Princes of Kpop - Shinee Nation's Girl Group- Girls Generation all SM except for BigBang F(x) and Shinee were the first experimental music groups of SM and Kpop
It's a shame you got so many songs spoiled. That's the downside with some of these guides. Best approach is to mute those parts. The Kings of K-pop are Bigbang. Would love to see you start reacting to them.
Key is a lead vocalist in SHINee and he can be main vocalist in other group ofc, he is baritone but can hit the high note like jonghyun, onew and taemin too. I think in SHINee he is the widest range vocal. Im sorry my english broken. Since debut Key always in vocalist along with Jonghyun n Onew. And than Taemin improved alot and become a vocalist too and now Taemin is a lead vocal or main vocal idk

@@MyvIsLove2 Both are fine and are usually used interchangeably in the fandoms. MVPs are also Jjingus, Lockets are also Little Freaks, and Taemints are also Jjakoongs. The first versions are what we've been called for years and the others are the nicknames they gave later on.
@@raesnest half of the later names are something I didn't even know 😭 after 2019 I got into nct and got also out of that hole that left most shawols after what happened and only recently I got back into the fandom. I just needed this pause I guess. now im a fully charged shawol again
@@MyvIsLove2 I feel you. I took a break from kpop as a whole for a number of years in 2014 or so. While I still listened to SHINee during that time, I took a step back from kpop fandoms as a whole and missed out on a lot. It's hard easing back in.
It is called Jjingus Jinki's friends in Korean I'm a Jjingu and Jjakgoong and I prefer it instead of MVPs and Taemints as it is a name given by them to their fans

'Blinger' comes from Jonghyuns early title 'Bling Bling Jonghyun' :) I know, all the member fandom names are a bit weird. I'm a blinger btw 4. they forgot to mention that jjong was very outspoken about lgbtq rights. he was openly supportive even tho until today this is nothing that idols would do since south korea does not accept things like that

The King of KPOP is BigBang and the Queen of KPOP is Girls Generation which u already reacted with the song I GOT A BOY. both two are my ultimate group been staining for 13 years since I got to know kpop
Please do not skip parts of guide videos. I know you don't want spoilers to the songs, but when you skip things you often miss the text that goes along with the song that is explaining something important that you need to know. If you skip things you can't read what it says or hear what the narrator is saying in that clip. Plus, you should pay respect to the time and effort the person who created the guide put in to putting the guide together by watching the whole thing. You are just going to have to suck it up and realize you might hear a few seconds of a song that you haven't heard yet, but most likely when you get around to listening to the song you won't remember what you heard in the guide in the first place.

Because I have seen people skip parts in guide videos in the past and they literally missed the most important part of the whole guide by doing that. So I just wanted to give you a heads up. I wanted to make sure you were aware why it might not be the best idea to skip things.
