I believe he’s an honourable man. He stands by his wife as she would stand by him if necessary. Some people meet their soul mate after a big mistake. I know I did. My hubby and I have been together for 40 years now, I got married first at too young an age and to someone who was controlling and violent, I had the guts eventually to leave, he showed how much he cared by never questioning anything. Anne and Mark Phillips are friends now and all four of Mark Phillips children all get on. I really believe that Timothy Laurence is a good man.
Seems that Princess Anne got it right with Sir Timothy. She may have been married, but her husband had another child on the way with whatever woman he was screwing around with. Why do you all want to run this woman down ?
If I could choose one member of that family to hang out with for a week (with the exception of Diana), it would be this guy. The others are irreversibly starved socially and cannot function like normal human beings…they’d be so boring to be around. Sir Tim has lived several lives and that was before he burst onto the royal scene… guy looks like fucking movie star, he put his life on the line for his country and from what I’ve seen of him, he mixes well with people from all walks of life and doesn’t view himself as superior to anyone….
My understanding is he still lives there. Recently his daughter by his later marriage got married, and Princess Anne was one of the guests. So civilized for the families.
I believe you will find that Anne’s ex husband had the affair that broke the marriage. A baby had been born as a result. She is very friendly with her ex husband and the resulting child as is the rest of the family. He married someone else, not the mother of the baby and fathered another child. Anne married Timothy Laurence and has remained so. That I believe speaks volumes about her. Your words speak volumes about you too.
Did you know she may have still been married but her then husband had been having an affair and got the woman in question pregnant. Would you want to stay married in those circumstances.
So far Edward is a model of morality like the Queen. Unfortunately, for much of Prince Phillip's younger years, he was accused of being unfaithful to the Queen.
@@inventorylady53 it’s very easy for people who don’t really know anything, to accuse others of things that aren’t true. The never complain, never explain motto came in very handy in times like those. Prince Phillip had a couple of lady friends, who he got on well with, one of them was into the carriage riding that Phillip was so keen on. Does that mean they were having an affair? The press likes to gossip. I remember as a child, some of this was in the newspapers and my mum made a comment about the press being worse gossip mongers than women, who were always accused of gossiping and the press back then was run mainly by men! I don’t believe a word of any affair, I’ve said before just because you have a friend of the opposite sex that you have a laugh and a long chat with and maybe do a hobby with, doesn’t mean you are sleeping with them. I expect the Crown, has been making a dogs dinner of this sort of thing too. I’ve been told by a friend that Netflix has now descended to even more nasty stuff. They are a company who is making money out of untruths, half truths and downright lies. When the people there and on here who are gossiping stop to consider their own lives, will they be squeaky clean?
