Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane has opened a crimen injuria case against King Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo who accused him of being part of
the extortion syndicate in the province. Daughter of Abathembu King Princess Ntando Dalindyebo has hit back at Mabuyane, saying he was quiet about extortion cases until his name was brought up. "We are [too] busy dealing with extortion in the area to be entertaining the premier," she says. "This is not about whether or not he should clear his name - it's about his ego; it's been bruised."
