Princess Diana's favourite fairytale dress up for auction

One of Princess Diana's favourite gowns, the so-called fairytale dress, is going under the hammer on December 3rd. The dress was designed by one of Diana's favourite designers, the Emanuels, in 1986. More than 25 years later and the dress is expected to fetch between 50 and 80,000 poundswhen it goes under the hammer at Kerry Taylor Auctions. The most expensive Diana dress ever sold at auction was her couture velvet Travolta gown, worn when she famously danced with actor John Travolta at the White House. That fetched 240,000 pounds at a recent auction. Report by Andrea Lilly.
