He probably realized that after she was gone. She fought for him for so long but once she was done she was done. He stayed with Camilla due to no way back to the mother of his childrens loving embrace.

True bur I don't think Charlse ever held her to begin with...his heart always lied with Camilla (sorry may be spelled incorrectly) it would seem maybe they used Diane for her royal blood and looks.. for the public and future of the crown..that is a horrid way to treat another human. She loved him whole heartedly and I cant figure out if he was either truly jealous she was finding love and happiness elsewhere or if he didnt care for anything but his bruised ego..maybe an embarrassment to him that she was moving along very publicly.. Reguardless he will have to carry the way he treated her for the rest of his life...his mistress as well..if they even care that is..how awful that he broke her heart so carelessly and broke her beautiful soul.

CHARLES WINDSOR said he was amazed that Diana had taken him on. I am amazed that she loved and wanted to marry him!!!! She was such a stunning ,beautiful woman with a great figure and Charles in my opinion is really the opposite- unnatractive and one man told me he thinks he is ugly!! She then was sent to a finishing school in Switzerland... and dropped out. Her mother got her to start a catering course, and she dropped out. She worked as a childcare assistant, with no qualifications. Anyone in England who is SERIOUS about childcare as a career, gets trained and registered. She didn't read ANY books apart from a series of very soppy love stories that you could buy at the supermarket. (They were written by the mother of Diana's step-mother- Barbara Cartland..... if you watch pictures of the Royal Wedding, there is an older woman in lolly pink...THAT is Barbara Cartland. Barbara Cartland's stories are all about girls marrying princes. Diana knew Charles' two younger brothers, who were her age...but she set her target as Charles, who would one day be King. Diana didn't have the intelligence to enjoy any of the things that Charles enjoyed. She didn't like Classibcal concerts (even though she could play the piano and her grandmother was a concert pianist. She didn't like live theatre. She didn't like Opera. She wasn't interested in Charles' environmental committent. She found his friends boring. She could NEVER make a speech of even two sentences without reading it. Seriosly- at 35, she was asked to open a fashion show in New York , She said "I am honoured to be invited to open this show. I am really happy to be able to make this award to my good friend (friend's name)" THAT is ALL she said, as an adult who had been a celebrity for 15 years, and who had her own private secretary, AND an elocution coach. Can you imagine how disappointed the organisers would have been when she said NOTHING about the show, or fashion, or New york, or ANYTHING? Look up on You Tube Speech by HRH the Princess of Asturias speech 2019 Princess of Asturias Awards ceremony and look up "Princess Elizabeth's BBC broadcast"
