Hey Guys!
I finally got around to doing a tour of the City of Princeton! We toured several different subdivisions and drove past Lake Lavon, down Hwy 380, checked out the new Municipal Building, Downtown Princeton, and even got some Drone Footage!
We checked out the new area where the Lagoon is going to be built and it is going to be massive. I really hope the City builds more roads and stores to accommodate the growing population.
The traffic has definitely gotta tough over the years esp being off of a major Highway. There are so many new neighborhoods, schools and people are flocking to the city to get the small town feel while being near larger cities such as McKinney, Plano, Allen, Fairview and 35-40 mins from North Dallas.
It is around 10-15 mins to I-75, Hwy 121, and Downtown Mckinney.
Princeton used to be a small town, but has vastly grown over the years. It is located next to McKinney, below Melissa, west of Farmersville, and sits in Collin County. Check it out and of course you know me and my
