How I remove the big part of printer on minute 0:52 ?

My scx3200 starts printing poor quality papers after toner replacement. It prints very well the first few days, after which parts of the print becomes really faint. Do you know the reason?

Vielen Dank für dieses Video, mein Drucker hatte genau das selbe Problem, nach Ihrer Reparaturanleitung habe ich meinen Drucker repariert und es funktioniert. Danke. Nach Reparatur ist das Papier problem behoben aber der Toner wird nicht richtig getrocknet und es schmiert, ich weiß nicht was ich dabei falsch gemacht habe, habe den Drucker noch einmal geöffnet und alle Kabel und Anschlüsse kontrolliert, alles ist dran, ich habe das gefühl die Heizung wird nicht richtig warm, man konnte die wärme am Papier fühlen, jetzt ist es nur lauwarm.
