Two years later. And I remember watching this video, now revisiting it finally in a position to run this exact play. I couldn’t find anything else or anyone else doing this with credibility like you just wanted to thank you, even though this is an older video, for the value that you provide to the community and people like me who have 9-5 technology backgrounds, that want to seriously get into the space instead of watching the clock, solving complex computer problems. Printful and hat design set up and Amazon individual seller account set up but I’m trying to link the two to start selling my hats that I designed but I’m having trouble with the GTIM not understanding any videos at all and I can’t get it set up to connect to can you make any suggestions or make a better video explaining individual seller, generic hats in the GTIN UPC. Frustrated and ready to sell.

Amazon customers are used to 1-2 day shipping. Better be a GREAT design for this to work.

They are used to 1-2 day shipping for amazon prime (FBA). These would not be prime. You can set the delivery times with fulfilled my merchant (FBM), so the customer knows exactly when to expect it.

Hi Ryan, you mentioned that you put your designs on mugs, but how do you do so using Merch Titans Automation via printful? The software doesn't put the design on the front of the mug in the main picture, so how do you move the image so it will appear on the front of the mug? thanks!

Hi Amir, I haven't used Merch Titans Automation to make Printful mugs. I've used Gearbubble for that & done it manually - I've only put a created a few Printful mugs & done them all manually.

Nope! Unless you're advertising. But knowing your real profits on Amazon is extremely hard because of the # of variables involved. I use software called Fetcher ($19/mo) bit.ly/AMZFetcher that calculates my exact numbers

Hey Kyle, I've been using the default shipping template, I don't offer 2-day shipping - the average Amazon customer thinks everything is FBA & if they pay for 2 day shipping they will assume it will be at their door in 2 days

I usually extend shipping times in early November for all of my FBM POD listings to 14 days, just to ensure I don't miss any fulfillment promises. I'll do a video on that when it's closer to Q4 👍

It's definitely allowed. This is not the same as dropshipping, when you apply for a GTIN you show them your production partner information and it's signed off on as a whole. Make sure you are setting your handling time correctly so that you're not sending out late shipments... that's what Amazon is against.

However, it turned out to be under separate listings and I am unable to group all these listings under one parent-child relation. Tried several attempts in Amazon but all failed. I am selling paper prints through gooten that doesnt have direct integration with amazon. It's all synced to shopify so I am going to push from shopify to amazon. How much do you get in, in comparison to what you get out when it comes to making an income from this? I been reading mix responses from Amazon Seller central users, mainly negative,especially with Amazon UK, not sure about USA, some say it's not worth it and you'll be making money to spend for subscription and get little in returns. I do not advise you to work with Amazon Printville link as it is not profitable. T-shirts are expensive plus shipping and taxes with amazon monthly fees, transportation fees, and amazon taxes. You will have to sell a regular shirt for $30 while it is sold in most marketplaces and on Amazon itself for only $14 and $19.

@@mmaport I disagree, this is an issue all fbm sellers face. It definitely isn't a good thing but people will still buy from you. I cover a strategy in my course to sell FBA items at break even to get started (FBA products always get the buy box)

So you said you are looking at $10 profit margin on your hats, after amazon take their fee you are around $5. Do you do free shipping with your orders and include shipping fees into the $25 or let the customer pay on their end in which case it works out around $31 a hat...

@@sanserozer7891 just price it into your listings, no need to overcomplicate it. When I aim for $10+ profit per hat, taxes and Amazon fees will be deducted from that.

It's been slow for me as well, only getting aruond ~4 products pushed from Printful to Seller Central per day lately. Amazon.co.uk is even slower... hopefully it will speed up soon (it can change from week to week)

Hey Ryan, I love your videos. You have inspired me to take a shot at this Print On Demand business. I just uploaded my first Amazon Seller's Central item yesterday through the Printful Integration, and I'm very confused. Under the different tabs in the manage inventory section, if you click on the active tab it shows the items I uploaded and the status says active. But if you click on the incomplete tab it also says that the items are incomplete. Is this just a matter of waiting it out? It's already been 24 hours so how long will I have to wait if that is the case?

I signed up for a Professional seller's account on Amazon they approved my brand then a couple days after I received an email saying they deactivated my account saying I was banned from selling in the past .I have never sold on Amazon or even made a account to sell this was my first time signing up. Yes you're fine - Merch / KDP / Seller Central... They all operate independently of each other

I keep getting this error with syncing my product, can you help?? "Amazon must approve your brand before you can use it to list products. Brands should be registered through Brand Registry, but if your brand is not eligible for Brand Registry, you can obtain an exception by contacting Seller Support and mentioning error"

Try using "Generic" as your brand name. Amazon messed this thing up a few months ago & still hasn't fixed it
